2. I'm confused on how you get a number of rounds. Isn't it 15 rounds because its 2 reps every min for 15 min. can someone explain please.

7. Completed all rnds @ 205#. Felt weird not lying on the floor after a WOD. Wasn't quite sure what to do with myself

8. All 15 rounds @ 255, had two misses but made them up quickly. I like these - I really have to focus on technique/efficiency in the later rounds to make the lifts. Good stuff.

9. All rounds, 205lbs. Still need to work on form. Like Rose, it was different not to be gasping for air and on the floor...

16. This is a good workout. I do a similar one with my teammates. You do bench press, 5 reps every 30 seconds, for as long as you can go. It's a great competitive lifting game.

23. 2 rounds at 155lb, 10 rounds at 160lb, 3 rounds at 155lb (no extra loss in time in changing weight). Still have form issues, and 12th round they manifested (all rounds' reps complete within 10 sec until that point, followed by 3 consecutive misses, and 2nd rep finished just before the buzzer), hence the drop in weight.
