just started last week. With tomorrow likely being a bench strengh wod my 5RM is 165-170. I used 10- BW last week for the bench workout which was 145 for 5 rounds of 9 reps as I weigh 155. I'm thinking ill use 155 tomorrow if its 3x5. Last weeks 145 was very easy and if I use 155 for 3x5 I'd hit my 5RM for 3 sets on the 4th week. Comment by wardog — January 30, 2013 at 11:49am

@wardog-I've only been doing CFFB for a couple months, and did starting strength LP for several months before so my opinion may not be worth too much... The weight will come, and its better to start below your limits and build slowly than start too high and stall too soon. If 145 was easy for all 45 reps then your probably fine going w 155, but its better to be conservative. Comment by KellyG — January 30, 2013 at 3:37pm
