Last week was a 2mile hike carrying pack, plate or whatever, I'm doing strongman so I sub movements/implements that strongman use and follow the CFFB template
Some times I do PM sessions for strongman tech such as footballers would use field practise and skills. I use the strongman events in a linear progression fashion worked out backwards from a specific comp date. Comment by RD — December 21, 2012 at 6:34pm

Drove 20 hours in last 2 days. I've arrived in my new hometown. Moved into high rise building so had to break it in. Did 100 flights of stairs w 30# backpack. Going to try to get back to the regular scheduled programming tomorrow and see if the elbow will cooperate. I miss training.
