Hey guys. Was just hoping for a little advice. Im not sure if I should be doing amateur or college level strength workouts. I can squat about 290lb and deadlift about 390lbs. Power clean about 210lb, press about 155lbs and bench about 200lbs. These are roughly my 1rm weights. I know my bench and clean especially would benefit from the ameteur level workouts as I haven't done them that much in regular crossfit training. With squats especially I think I would struggle to do em hard twice a week and pr. Maybe just do amateur but only squat once could work? What do you guys reckon? Simon - do the amateur until it becomes impossible then back the weight down and start over. Once you try that two or three times then move the college.
