1. Any tips on flexibility for rack thrusters? Hitting my head on the way up and down sucks!

Got my shirt today. Of all the donation/ fund raisers I done, I'm proudest to be a part of this one.

4. Received my shirt today, now I know what superman feels like when he puts on his cape. November 11th can't get here fast enough.

5. @Ibarra that helps I will try that instead of hitting my head on every rep. Flexibility behind the head is a problem for me whenever this workout shows up

6. I'm going to get back on the amateur train. Still feeling strong on collegiate, but not as strong as I once was. I was thinking I'll start again at about 70% of my 1RM. For those that have done this, is that number too high? Too low? About right?

9. This was my first CFFB wod. 5 rounds in 10minutes. Only variation was a 28" jump. Looking forward to incorporating CFFB into my training.
