5. Rip is an excellent coach and better individual to hang with. Everyone should make a trip to see Rip, whether it is at the WFAC or at his new seminar. He is coming to San Diego in February, Max and I will be there so come hang out with Rip, his crew and Max and I.

8. We had a kid, Nathan, put on 32 lbs in 8 weeks on the novice program with drinking a gallon on whole milk a day. He upped his calories and cut the metcon and went from 180 to 212. It does happen.

14. Hey s'more - check this calculator: http://www.muscletech.com/resources/tools/calculators/rep.shtml - another 7 pounds should see you good for a 320 single.
